Born Aug. 22, 1924, in Nebraska, she was the daughter of Walter and Marie (Whije) Dickman.
She was formerly married to Ted Bauer, who deserves a special thanks for all the care that he has given to Lenora.
She retired from RCA Electronics in Bloomington, and worked more than 11 years at Ford Electronics in Bedford.
She was a lifetime Member of St. Peter's United Church of Christ in Dubois.
Survivors include one daughter, Sharon Henry, and her husband. William. of North Carolina; two sons, Larry Bauer and Mark Bauer, both of Bedford; eight grandchildren, Tristen Bauer, Travis Bauer and Jessica Emmons, all of Bedford, Jarrid Bauer of Oregon, Ron Tow of Williams, and Scott Tow, Shane Tow and Patrick Henry of North Carolina; and 21 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; one son, Steven Bauer; one daughter, Marsha Kay Bauer; and one grandchild, Stephanie Bauer, in infancy.
Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Monday at Cresthaven Funeral Home in Bedford. Burial will be in Cresthaven Memory Gardens.
