CANTON - Marjorie B. Godden, 83, of 1675 E. Ash St., died at 3:57 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 5, 2000, at Graham Hospital.
Born Jan. 16, 1917, in Bloomington, to Howard B. and Nellie L. Downing Butler.
She married Burt Godden. He preceded her in death. She also was preceded in death by two sisters.
Surviving are one son, Glenn Butler and several grandchildren.
She was a homemaker.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Friday at Oaks-Hines Funeral Home, where visitation will be 30 minutes before services. Burial will be in Park Hill Cemetery, in Bloomington.
