Charles Laughery Dies Here at 62

Charles H. Laughery, 62, of 233 Ingersoll Ave, died Thursday night at a hospital. He had been ill for some time.

He was born April 21, 1900 at Sioux Falls, S.D. In 1927 he was married to Rectina McCoy at Grygla. He was a laborer.

Survivors include his widow; tow sons Jesse of Crookston and Wesley of Fargo; two stepsons, Leonard Schumaker of Crookston and Harold Schumaker of McIntosh; a sister Mrs. Frank Hoffman of Albany Ore., and 17 grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a stepdaughter, Mrs Harold Hudson and a granddaughter.

Funeral services will be Tuesday at 2 p.m. at Houske's Chapel with the Rev. Eyrich E Hansen officiating. Burial will be in Grygle Cemetery in the Spring. The body may be viewed Monday from 3 to 9 p.m. and until time of the services Tuesday at the funeral home.

Pallbearers will be Raymond Lee, Kenny Murray, Allen Reese, Joe Shimpa, Leo Murray, and Ray Parrish.
