William was a brakeman for the Northern Pacific Rail Road, he lived in Spokane but it appear's that he was on a trip as he died of Coronary Em bolus in his room at the N.P. Hotel in Paradise, Montana.
William's cremains were interred with his parent's at the Forest Cemetery in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho on 31 Mar 1956.
