WEST KEANSBURG - George A. Durka, 41, of 30 Newman St., who died of a heart attack while driving Thursday, was buried in Fairview Cemetery, Middletown, Saturday, after services in Bedle Funeral Home, Keyport.
He was a veteran of the US Army, serving during World War II; a member of Keansburg Methodist Church and of Caesarea Lodge 64, F&AM of Keyport.
Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Ethel Calciana Durka; one son, Gregory A. Durka, at home; his mother, Mrs. Mary Buckewick, at home; two sisters, Mrs. Mary Schwerthoffer and Mrs. Stella Shelbrick, both of Miami, Fla.
