Services for Beulah F. Botkin, 81 of Shelbyville, were held at 11 a.m. Friday at the Greening- Egan-Hayes Funeral Home in Shelbyville. The Rev. Robert Guese officiating and burial was in Shelbyville Memorial Cemetery, Shelbyville.
Mrs. Botkin died at 12:45 a.m. Nov. 24, 1987, at Columbia Regional Hospital.
She was born Oct. 9, 1906, east of Bethel, to Edward Mason and Pearl B. Minnick Smoot. She married Robert Bryan Botkin, who died April 18, 1962.
Survivors include on son, William E. Botkin of Bethel; one sister, Jessie Worthen of Shelbina; two grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Mrs. Botkin was a member of the Shelbyville United Methodist Church. She was a graduate of Shelbyville High School and the Chillicothe Business College. She was also a member of Rebekah Lodge #139.
