Canton- William Howard Trull – age 70 of 2635 Old Henson Cove Road died Wednesday December 6, 2006 at the Brian Center of Waynesville.

He was a native and life-long resident of Haywood County and a son of Clara Holtzclaw Trull and the late Jasper "Dick" Trull. He retired from Blue Ridge Paper Company in 2002 with 35 years of service as a truck driver and was a member of New Covenant Church. Mr. Trull was a United States Army veteran having served during the Korean War and a volunteer firefighter with Center Pigeon Fire Department.

In addition to his mother, he is survived by his wife, Rena Harding Trull; one daughter, Nadine Powell and her husband, Todd of Fort Worth, Texas; one son, Timothy Trull and his wife, Tina, of Candler; two sisters, Angelene Moody and June Fletcher, and her husband, Jack, all of Canton and four grandchildren, Branson Powell, Andrew, Laura, and Emily Trull.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, December 9, 2006 at New Covenant Church with Reverend Nick Honercamp and Reverend Scott Murray officiating. Entombment will follow in The Horizon at Crawford/Ray Memorial Gardens.
