Bogue of 3107 Victory Dr., Marshall, will be held at 4 p.m. Thursday, April 20, 2000, in the Travis Street Chapel of the Sullivan Funeral Home. Dr. Wallace Watkins, Dr. John White and Dr. Harvey Lewis will be officiating. Interment will follow in the Algoma Cemetery North. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 6-8 p.m. Wednesday.
Mr. Bogue died Tuesday, April 18, 2000, at Marshall Regional Medical Center. Mr. Bogue was born at Blocker on August 31, 1907, to E. B. Bogue and Elizabeth Childs Bogue. He was married to Mabel Campbell Bogue on June 28, 1928. Mr. Bogue attended Marshall Public Schools. He was a sheet metal worker and was in business for himself for 65 years. He was a member of the Central Baptist Church, a 50-year member of the Marshall Masonic Lodge No. 22, member of the Scottish Rite and Shiners.
Mr. Bogue is survived by his wife of 72 years; two sons; two daughters; two brothers; his sisters-in-law; his twelve loving grandchildren; twenty four great-grandchildren, a host of nieces and nephews and many friends survive him.
In lieu of flowers the family request memorials to be made to the Shriners Hospital
