George W. Cooper, Jr., son of O.L.Cooper, 501 South Main street, and grandson of G.W. Cooper, 1403 West Main street, died at 3 o'clock Tuesday afternoon at the Wabash hospital. He had been ill with typhoid fever for the last three weeks. He graduated from Decatur High School in the class of 1913 and from Browns Business College with the class of 1914. He had been employed as a stenographer in the Wabash freight house.
He was born near Decatur, Feb. 4, 1896 and was 18 years old.
The body was taken to the Dawson undertaking rooms and prepared for burial.
