Mrs. Charles Bruss, 86, a resident of Brillion for many years, died Thursday at her home, following a lingering illness. Born April 22, 1859 at New Holstein, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Jergen Hansen, she was married to Charles Bruss in 1878. Her husband preceded her in death in 1920.
Survivors include her daughter, Mrs. Cora Thompsen, who resided with her and one grandson.
Funeral services will be held Sunday from the Luecker Funeral home in Brillion with the Rev. H. T. Bandt officiating. Burial will be in the New Holstein cemetery.
