William Harris Jackson was born 14 February, 1850 in Mississippi. He moved to Texas and married Joanna Guy in Erath County Texas in 1871. Mr. and Mrs. Jackson raised a family of 12 children. All Born in Erath County except Guy who was born in Leon County. They later moved to Robertson County, where they farmed and where Mr. Jackson died on 19 February, 1923.
