Peter J. Murray died suddenly this morning at 6 o'clock at his home, 524 South Sixth Street. Death was due to heart trouble and pneumonia. He was a native of this city. For many years he was employed at the Tube Works of the Reading Iron Company. Deceased was a member of St. Peter's Catholic Church. During the Spanish-American War he was in the Marine Corps, and he was stationed at Annapolis for two years. Besides his mother he is survived by six sisters and two brothers.
Coroner Strasser was notified, and after making an investigation granted a certificate of death due to heart trouble.
