In 1900 she and her husband and their four children lived in a rowhouse they were renting at 2135 Sarah Street in Pittsburgh, PA. George worked as a locomotive engineer, and Robert as a shop laborer.

In 1910 the six of them lived in a place they were renting at 227 West 37th Place in Los Angeles, CA. George and Robert both worked as locomotive engineers, Charles as a locomotive fireman, and Howard as a grocery salesman.

In 1920 she and George lived at 110 Riverside Drive in Riverbank, CA. He worked as a hostler in a roundhouse.
