Pearl – Mrs. Robert B. (Katie M.) Nations 71, a homemaker died of heart failure Thursday at Mississippi Baptist Medical Center.

A prayer service will be held at Wright & Ferguson Funeral Home at 11:30 a.m. today. Other services will be at 2:30 today at Pleasant Hill Baptist Church Cemetery. Visitation is at 1:30 at the church

Mrs. Nations a native of Silver Creek was reared in New Hebron. She had lived in Pearl since 1955. She was a member of Pleasant Hill Baptist Church and was a former member of McLaurin Heights Baptist Church in Pearl.

Survivors include husband Robert; daughter, Faye McCardle of Brandon; son, Robert Edward Nations of Brandon; sister, Mozelle Martin of Biloxi; brother, Billy Armstrong of Macon, GA and four grandchildren
