Services for Mary Margaret Jones Finley, 78, will be Saturday, April 10, 2004, at the Travis Street Chapel of Sullivan Funeral Home at 4 p.m. with the Rev. Steve Odom officiating. Burial will be in Algoma Cemetery South. Visitation will be Friday from 6-8 p.m. at the Travis Street Chapel.

Mrs. Finley died at 7:10 a.m. Wednesday, April 7, 2004, in Terrell.

She was born July 4, 1925, in Nacogdoches, to Jessie Wallace Smith and Effie Lee Darnell Smith.

Mrs. Finley was educated in Nacogdoches public schools and worked as an elderly care provider for many years. Margaret was a much loved mother and grandmother to her family. She had a great sense of humor and outlook on life, no matter what came her way. She was a member of First Christian Church in Marshall and a member of the Ladies Auxiliary and the Shrine, Sharon Temple. She will truly be missed by all who knew and loved her.

Survivors include two sons and daughters-in- law; daughters and sons-in-law; 11 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; brother and sister-in-law; and several nieces and nephews.

Flowers are permitted or memorials may be made in Mrs. Finley's name to the charity of your choice.
