Minnie was the widow of of John L. Smith. She died following a stroke of apoplexy. Survivors include the following children: Lafarice L. Smith of Moweaqua, Mrs.Florence Pippin of Decatur, Bessie Smith of Ft. Worth, Tex., Mrs.Anna Stone of Gillette, Wyo., and Mrs. Dona Mellins of Peoria.
She also leaves three sisters: Mrs. Mary Kersin of Decatur, Mrs. Louise Dubbs of Toledo, Mrs. Lizzie Anderson of Longdale, Okla., Frank Roarick of Wichataw and John Roarick of South Dakota.
Services will be Dawson & Wikoff chapel at 2 o'clock Monday afternoon. Burial will be in Brush College cemetery.
