Martha Ellen Jane Heldstab was born August 19, 1853 and died Friday October
1, 1915 at the home of her daughter, Mrs. George Clibourn, of Eldon. She
was married August 23, 1873 to Adolph Heldstab. To this union seven
children were born, one son and six daughters, namely, John Heldstab, Mrs.
Ida Carrender, Mrs. Charles Hicks, Mrs. Ellen Enloe, Mrs. George Clibourn,
Mrs. Lucy Francis and Miss Leona Heldstab, all of whom are living. Besides
these children she leaves a host of relatives and friends to mourn their
loss.
The funeral services were conducted Saturday afternoon at the home by Rev.
Burks, after which the remains were laid to rest in the Salem Cemetery.
