Charles E. Tew, 56, of 4021 Clearbrook Drive, died March 14, 1987, at Veterans Administration Hospital. Services are 10 a.m. today at Baldwin-Lee Funeral Home chapel with burial in Jackson Memorial Gardens.
A native of Jackson, Tew worked as a printer for the Mississippi Health Department until his retirement in 1986. He was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force and retired from the U.S. Air National Guard. He was a member of Leavell Woods Masonic Lodge No. 626 and a Methodist.
He is survived by daughters, Mrs. Terri Tew Kazery and Mrs. Vicki Tew May, both of Jackson; his mother, Mr. Frances Tew of Jackson; brother, George Tew of Jackson; and two grandchildren.
