Glen Huford Sue, 70. of Lubbock, died Sunday, June 21, 2009
at UMC Lubbock after 10 years with Multiple Myeloma.
He was born July 20, 1938, at Winnsboro, Wood County, Texas to Oscar and May Miller Sue. He married Carolyn Martin, May 22, 1959, at Floydada, Texas.
Survivors include wife Carolyn,
daughters, Carisa Sue of Lockney, Glenna and Larry Griffith of Floydada;
a daughter-in-law, Anne Sue of Acuff;
grandsons, Josh and Nicole Sue of Lubbock, Daniel Sue of Acuff;
granddaughter, Caleigh Sue of Acuff;
greatgrandchildren, Carson, Camery and Kaydence Sue of Lubbock.
He is preceded in death by his parents, a sister, and a son, Chris Sue.
His body was donated to Texas Tech Health Science Center.
There will be no formal service; however, there will be a visitation at the home of a daughter, Tuesday June 23, 2009, from 4 to 7 p.m., at 1224 S. Ralls Highway, Floydada.
The family suggests memorials to Southwest Cancer Center, 602 Indiana, Lubbock, Texas 79414 or a favorite charity.
