On November 1, 1772, she married Daniel Huger at Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
They were the parents of four children: Daniel Elliott Huger; Sarah Elliott Huger (died June 29, 1853) who died unmarried in New York; Ann Elliott Huger (died February 10, 1841) who in 1802 married Edward William Laight (1773-1852) of New York and Sabina Elliott Huger (died May 27, 1845) who in July 1815 married John Wells (1770-1823) of New York.
Sarah and Sabina both moved to New York City to live with their married sister, Ann Huger Laight.
Upon the death of her father she inherited a portion of his estate, known as Accabee. The share inherited by her sister, Ann Elliott Morris, which included the mansion house was sold in 1854. The family graveyard was excluded from the sale and was still in existence in 1918.

Died in the 41st year of her age, Mrs. Sabina E. Huger. In strength and cultivation of understanding and in the exercise of benevolent affections, she was an ornament of her sex and a treasure to society. Her family and friends, to whom she was uncommonly dear will long retain an affectionate remembrance of her great worth, while all who knew her will join in lamenting that a person of so many virtues and of such amiable dispositions was at so early and so important a period of her life removed from time to eternity.
