Clifton Curtis Cartee
Funeral for Clifton Curtis Cartee, 91, of Moulton will be Saturday at 11 a.m. at Parkway Funeral Home with the Rev. Carold Hall and the Rev. Harold Hall officiating.
Burial will be in East Lawrence Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be Friday from 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
Mr. Cartee died Wednesday, June 11, 2003, at Huntsville Hospital. He was born July 2, 1911, in Lawrence County to Lem Cartee and Dennie Morrow Cartee. He was a farmer.
Survivors include his wife, Louise Cartee of Trinity; two sons, W.L. Cartee and D.W. Cartee, both of Trinity; two daughters, Evelyn Livengood of Trinity and Shirlon McCallister of Eldorado, Ill.; one brother, Oneal Cartee of Trinity; three sisters, Bertie Purdy of Kentucky, Burneaze Lancaster of Moulton and Margie Warren of Trinity; six grandsons; 10 granddaughters; two stepgrandsons; one stepgranddaughter; 16 great grandsons; 11 great grandaughters; and one great great-grandson.
Pallbearers will be his grandsons.
