WALTER H. PICKLE
Walter H. Pickle, 78, resident of Clackamas County for 37 years, died Saturday in the home of a son, Frank Pickle, Rosemont. Born in Minnesota March 19, 1872, he came west to Sprague, Wash., later moving to Oregon in 1913. Pickle was a retired carpenter and a member of the Glad Tidings Church, West Linn. He had been a member for many years.
Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Emma Pool, Lamont, Wash., and Mrs. Mildred Sanetal, Oregon City; three sons, Melvin Pickle, Lamont; Elmer W., Milwaukie, and Frank of Rosemont; two sisters, Mrs. Clarence Jones, West Linn, and Lillian Nelson, Fargo, N.D.; ten grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.
Services will be Tuesday at 2 PM in Oregon City Funeral Home with internment in the family lot, Mt. View Cemetery.
West Linn Baptist Church pastor will officiate.
