She is survived by two step-daughters, Barbara David of Royal Oak, Michigan and Sandra E. Pappas of New York City, New York. She has one brother,Charles (Muriel) Bruce, Jr. of Dickson and six sisters; Margie Hamilton and Jane B. Mott (both of Dickson), Mary Lee Mackie and Betsy B. Flick (both of Nashville), Tommie B. Vest and Frances (Bill) Unruh (all of Danville, Indiana). There are several nieces and nephews, step nieces and nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
Besides her parents, Mrs. Chester was preceded in death by her husband, William Edmund Chester.
Visitation with the family will be Friday, June 19th, from 4-8 PM and Saturday, June 20th, from 10 AM until time of service. Funeral services will be Saturday, June 20th, from the Chapel of Dickson Funeral Home beginning at 1 PM with Rev. Allen Weller officiating. Burial will follow in the Bruce Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Bruce Cemetery.
