OBITUARY FROM THE GOTEBO RECORD-TIMES: Graveside services for Milton James Waggoner, 61, of Gotebo, were held at Sharon Cemetery on Thursday, November 9, 1978 with Rev. Billy Walker officiating.
Milton was born December 17, 1917 in Gotebo and died November 4, 1978 in Oklahoma City of natural causes.
He is survived by one brother, Wiley Waggoner of Gotebo; four sisters, Inez Waggoner of Gotebo; Opal Armstrong of Mt. View; Annie Wilkerson of McAlester and Elsie Phipps of Mt. View, and several nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers were Wiley McMahan, Grady Cockreham, L.D. Bruner, Doyle Hulett, Jim Shepherd and Bud Marshall.
