He was born in Minnora WV a son of Charles H. and Melissa Cook Siers. He was a WW11 US Army veteran and co-owner of Grantsville Appliance Co. for 37 years, and the co-owner of Dairy Products, Inc. for 28 years. He was member of the Pleasant Hill UM Church and was a lay speaker.
He is survived by wife Dortha, and one daughter, Susan.
Funeral services were held at Stump Funeral Home in Grantsville WV with Rev. John Glessner and Rev. Carroll McCauley officiating.
