Funeral services for Elmer H. Otta, 65, of Rural Route 1, Macon, will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday in the Ater Memorial Home Macon, with burial in Macon Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home after 5 p.m. today.
Mr. Otta died at 7 p.m. Saturday in his home.
Mr. Otta was born April 15, 1894, in Shelby County, a son of Henry and Anna Bauer Otta.
He married Ethel Moore on Sept. 10, 1916, in Decatur.
Mr. Otta was a member of the Elwin Methodist Church and the Anti-Thief Assn of Macon.
He leaves his wife, a daughter, Mrs. Dorothy Burcham, Macon; a son, Dwight, Macon; half-brothers, August and Kenneth Otta, both of Moweaqua; half-sisters, Mrs. Alice Shuff, Shelbyville; Mrs. Lois Hooper, Moweaqua; and his step-mother, Mrs. Henry Otta, Moweaqua.
