Five enlisted men was killed and five others seriously injured in an accidental explosion on Camp Pickett Firing range, post authories announced today. The post announcement said that a charge of high explosives was accidentally set off. The accident took place late yesterday and a board of officers is investigating, The dead, all personell of a quartermaster service company and next of kin, included Pvt. Louis L. Majors, 20, Route 1, Clarkton, Mo. whose mother is Mrs. Mattie Lena Majors, Gobler, Missouri.
