Mr. Gene Arthur Baisden, 77, of the Straughn community, died Saturday June 13, 2009 at his residence.
Funeral services will be at 10 AM Tuesday June 16th at the Bethany Baptist Church with Rev. Phillip Morgan officiating, with burial to follow at Stone Lake Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6-8 PM Monday at Foreman Funeral Home and at the church 30 minutes prior to services.
Survivors include his wife Reba Baiden of the Straughn community, his daughters and sons-in-law Bridget and Frank Lord of Andalusia, Sheila Husby of Mobile, AL, Teresa and Ben Farr of Andalusia, his grandchildren Erica Fowler and Evyn Patterson, a brother and sister-in-law James K. and Elaine Baisden, his sisters and brothers-in-law Martha Nell and Carl Dye, Betty and Ted Cottle, and Winnie and Carroll Nall, and a number of nieces and nephews
Mr. Baisden is preceded in death by his parents, Albert and Eula Baisden and his grandson, Michael Brandon Fowler.
