Details: According to: http://www.austintxgensoc.org/cemeteries/austin-state-hospital-cemetery/austin-state-hospital-cemetery-l-to-r/ there is no record of Nancy Parker being buried in the Austin State Hospital Cemetery. I also checked Austin Memorial Park Cemetery, Oakwood Cemetery and Oakwood Annex Cemetery and did not find her in any of those either.
Nancy may have been returned to MIlam County to the homestead and buried there. No evidence of such happening.
