MILAN - Mildred Lee Belew, 78,
retired Milan Special School District teacher, died of heart failure Saturday at West Tennessee Skilled Nursing Center.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Monday at Dilday Funeral Home in Huntingdon with burial in Jamison Cemetery near there.
Mrs. Belew, the wife of Joe Belew for 63 years, also leaves a son, W. D. Pete Belew of Jackson; a sister, Brooksie Ides of Rose City, Mich.; a brother, Audrain Kincannon of Royal Oak, Mich., and a grandson. (Published in The Commercial Appeal 10/19/1997)
