Mr. Charles B. (Charlie) Boone, age 80 of Rhineland, died Wednesday, March 20, 1991 in his home. He was born Dec. 2, 1910 in the Readsville area. A son of the late Mr. And Mrs. Earl Boone.
He was married to Mary Lee Welden in 1941. She preceded him in death August 22, 1973. Survivors include 2 sons, James E. Boone of New Bloomfield, MO and Charles Glenn Boone of Troy, IL. Three grandchildren and two great-grandchildren also survive.
Mr. Boone was a life-long resident farmer in the Rhineland/Readsville area. Funeral services were at 2 p.m. Saturday March 23 at the Maupin Funeral Home Chapel in Fulton. The Reverend Melvin Underwood officiated. Visitation was 6-8 p.m. Friday. Interment was in the Bethel Cemetery in Readsville.
