Mary Virginia Spencer was born March 14 1863 (per marriage certificate), the daughter of David Spencer and Julia Ann Spencer (nee Ehinger or Ehenger or Enenger).
She married Lawrence Wallace Cable (c1865-1937) on April 2, 1891. The marriage ended in divorce.

Obituary:

Mrs. Mary Spencer, 69, died at 10 p.m. Sunday in the home of her daughter, Mrs. Peter Graff, of Leechburg road, after a lingering illness.
Mrs. Cable was born in Manorville, Armstrong county, daughter of the late David and Julia Ann Spencer, and resided here for a number or years.
She is survived by four sons, Floyd, Laurie and Albert Cable, all of the Greensburg road; Miles Cable of New York City; one daughter, Mrs. Graff, of the Leechburg road; five sisters, Mrs. Docie Hielmon, of Ford City; Mrs. Jessie Nesbit, of Northville, O.; Mrs. Alberta Myers, of Kittanning; Mrs. (sic: Miss) Alice Spence (sic: Spencer), of Monroeville; Mrs. Blanche Alcorn, of Apollo, and 16 grandchildren.
Funeral services will be conducted by the International Bible Students, of which she was a member for years. Interment will follow in the Manor Church cemetery.
