She married John Edgar Haubeil 19 Sept 1941 in Maysville, KY.
They had one child, John Pat; three grandchildren, Lynette, Jeff and Nich; six great grandchildren, Kody, Kenzie Kate, Kelsie Marie, Lincoln Elaina, Anderson and Elijah.
Betty worked for the Chillicothe Hospital (later Adena Medical Center) as a switchboard operator for almost 50 years.
She always had a large garden and canned every fall.
She was kind to everyone and rarely said a harsh word about anyone. The people she loved always came first and there was much more love than discipline in her home.
She was taken from us a few years ago by the cruel disease called Alzheimer's and now she has finally gone home.
