Services for Mrs. Clara Copeland, 93, was held at Kinney Funeral chapel officiated by Silas Triplett, the local minister of the Church of Christ and Rev. Joel V. Grimes, pastor of Spring Creek Baptist Church.
Mrs. Copeland had lived in this area since 1919. She was a member of the Stamford Church of Christ
Survived by one son- W.J. Cheshire; three daughters - Mrs. H.S. Hinson, Mrs. S.J. Doyle, Mrs. Elmer Doyle, one sister - Mrs. Minnie Weatherly, 10 grandchildren, and 16 great-grandchildren.
