Norma Jean Greene Busby, 74, of Port Orchard, Washington, formerly of Collinsville, Illinois, born October 29, 1934, in Peach Orchard, Arkansas, died at 6:34 a.m. Friday, March 20, 2009, at Harrison Memorial Center, Bremerton, Washington.
Mrs. Busby was an inspector at Mallinckrodt for 13 years. She was a member of the United Steel Workers Union.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Bobby John Busby, whom she married on December 31, 1959, at Zion Lutheran Church, St. Louis, Missouri, and who died October 6, 2006; and her parents, Preston and Edith, nee Brown, Greene.
Surviving are her children, Pamela A. (Elbron "Brownie") Brown of Godfrey, Illinois, Donna (Jack) Waldeck of Farmersville, Illinois, Glynis (John) Barton of Port Orchard, Washington, and Robert Scott (Kara) Busby of Collinsville, Illinois; grandchildren, Leesha, John, Daniel, Stephanie, Deidre, and Linda; four great-grandchildren; and two brothers, Jack (Maxine) Greene of St. Louis, Missouri, and Bob (Rose) Greene of St. Louis, Missouri.

Funeral: Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Friday, March 27, 2009, at Herbert A. Kassly Funeral Home, Collinsville, Illinois, with Rev. Jim Robinson officiating. Burial will be at Sunset Hill Memorial Estates, Glen Carbon, Illinois.
