MRS. C. J. MARKLE
Word has been received here by friends of the death of Mrs. C. J. Markle on March 10, at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Ruel, in Gunnison, Colorado, after a lingering illness of two years. Mr. and Mrs. Markle for many years were residents of Chaseburg, where Mr. Markle conduced a wagon and blacksmith shop. He is a brother of Emanuel and John Markle, of Mormon Coulee.
