Adam Lee Smith, 7 week old infant son of Amanda M. Smith of Conneaut, died unexpectedly early Thursday morning at their home. He was born March 24, 2009 at the Ashtabula County Medical Center.
He is survived by his mother, Amanda M. (Larry Keene) Smith of Conneaut, his grandparents, Terri J. Brown of Conneaut, Butch (Connie) Smith of Sheffield Twp. & Anita (Tim Brown) Bolen of Ashtabula, his great-grandmother, Shirley Mullen of Ashtabula and several aunts and uncles, including Kimberly Smith, Kenny Mullen & Josie Warren.
A Service of Remembrance will be held Monday at 1:30 P. M. at Gageville Cemetery in Sheffield Twp. The family has asked that those that attend may share their memories of Adam.
Calling hours will be held Sunday from 3:30 – 5:00 P. M. at the Jefferson Home of the Fleming & Billman Funeral Directors, 49 W. Jefferson St., Jefferson. Memorial contributions may be directed to the family, in c/o Amanda M. Smith, 446 W. Main Rd., Apt. 201, Conneaut, OH 44030, envelopes will also be at the funeral home.
