Death Overtakes George A. Coutts
The death of George Anderson Coutts, 70, occurred Friday afternoon in a Centralia hospital. Born in Scotland, he had been in the United States 52 years and Lewis County since 1930, having resided the past year on Route 3, Chehalis, and previously at Ethel. He is survived by his wife, Anna; two daughters, Mrs. Bethia Isackson, Renton, and Mrs. Carrie Gunther, in California; stepson, John William Samuelson of Seattle; and three brothers, Mason, Frank and William, all of Ethel.
Funeral services will be held Monday at 2 p.m. at the Cattermole chapel here, Rev. Harry Coates of Chehalis, officiating, after which the body will be taken to Seattle for interment.
