Charles was born to Russell and Kathern Studler. He had resided in Grant County since 1991. He married Susan Miller Ingram on Nov. 1, 1994. She survives. He served in the U.S. Airforce for 20 years, retiring in 1981, and retired on disability from Magnetek. Mr. Studler was a member of the American Legion Brown-Doyle Post #368, Van Buren, the S&S Train Club, and a former member of the Moose Lodge. Also surviving two sons, Charles G.II,(Janie)Katy Texas, and Michael (Roberta), Lubbock Texas; two daughters, Tanya Bacon and Stephanie Studler, both from Lubbock, Texas; an uncle Harold and (Betty ) Sprunger, Fort Wayne; two aunts Joan Miller, Wisconcin, and Naomi Alexander, Columbia City ;and three granchildren. Burial with full military rites in the Gardens of Memory cemetery, Huntington County.
