HARRY HENRY KNIGHT was the son of ELIZABETH PERRY and CHARLES H. KNIGHT, Sr.

HARRY was an athlete with a long career as a member of the Washington Canoe and Kayak Club, right up until the last couple years of his life. As a young man he was a wagon driver, later driving for a dairy. His last known job was as a freight clerk in 1930.

In 1924 he was on the team that attended the Paris Olympic Games, where canoeing and kayaking were demonstration sports. Many listings and some photos of him may be found in archives of the Washington Post newspaper.

Wife: ROSE A. WHITE (1873-?)

Children: None listed in his obituary.

His siblings:

1) Cordelia "Adelia" Knight Taylor (1875-1904).
2) Karl M. Knight (1877-aft. 1936.)
3) Charles Henry Knight, Jr. (1888-1944).
