She was pronounced dead at 2:27 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 19, 2000, at OSF Saint Francis Medical Center in Peoria.
She died from injuries suffered in a two-car accident on Illinois Route 29.
Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Chillicothe City Cemetery.
She was born July 28, 1953, in Emmetsburg, Iowa, to Christopher and Maxine Beaumont Clare.
Surviving are her stepfather, Luther Allison Jr. of Sparland; and four brothers, Larry (and Debra) Clare of Sparland, Chris (and Pam) Clare of Chillicothe, Luke (and Carol) Allison of Peoria and Ronald Allison of Sparland.
Her parents preceded her in death.
She was a cook for Eurest, working in Building LC of Caterpillar Inc. in downtown Peoria.
