Mrs. Delaney was born Jan. 7, 1892, in Floyd County, Va. Her parents were Jesse and Eliza Booth.
She was married to Henry Edward Delaney in Floyd County, Va., in 1910 He died Aug. 28, 1957.
She was a member of the Church of the Brethern of Floyd County, Wa. She lived in Lakeview from 1941 to 1959. She then moved to Sacramento, where she spent her remaining years.
Mrs. Delaney is survived by her daughters, Loicel Stucker of Sacramento, Velna Lang of Troutdale, Lorene Blanchard of Seattle, Wash., and Nellie Dickinson of Orange, Calif.; her brother, Leonard Booth of Floyd County, VA.; eight grandchildren 20 great-grandchildren; six great-great-grandchildren.
