Calvin E. Miller, 75 years old, retired kiln burner of the Universal Atlas Cement Co. and charter member of Siegfried Lodge, No. 1026, I.O.O.F., of Northampton, died on Thursday afternoon at his late home, 343 East Ninth Street, Northampton.
He was a son of the late Paul and Amanda Christman Miller and had lived in Northampton for 50 years. He was also a member of Minisink Tribe, No 357, I.O.R.M., of Northampton.
He is survived by is widow, Agnes J. Bell Miller, two sons, Clifford P., at home; and Stewart W., Northampton; two grandchildren, Doris and Clifford P. Miller Jr.; and a brother, Llewellyn Miller, Cross Roads.
Services will be held Monday at 2 p.m. at the Schisler funeral home, 2119 Washington Avenue, Northampton. Burial will be in Allen-Union Cemetery, Northampton. The Rev. Nevin Frantz will officiate.
