J. B. Allison, Aged 93, Dies

Lifelong Resident of County Succumbs In Ohio.

James B. Allison, 93, of Chester, died last night in the home of his daughter, Mrs. Mary Donaldson at Carrollton, O., where he spent the winter. Mr. Allison was born in Jefferson county, O., but spent practically his entire life in Hancock county. He was a lifelong member of the Asbury Methodist Episcopal church. He leaves one son, William C. Allison, Chester, with whom he made his home, and three daughters, Mrs. John Rodebush, Mrs. Belle Ray and Mrs. Donaldson, Carrollton. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 15 great - grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 1 o'clock tomorrow afternoon in the home of his son, Fourth street, in charge of the Rev. R. C. Ehrheart pastor of the First Methodist Episcopal church. Burial will be made in the Flats cemetery, Pughtown. Friends may view the body tonight in the home.
