Beulah retired from the County of Lancaster where she was the Deputy Recorder of Deeds.
Born in Lancaster, she was the daughter of the late George W. and Anna C. (Fryberger) Keperling. She was a member of Grace Lutheran Church.
She was the last of her immediate family.
Funeral Services will be held at the Andrew T. Scheid Funeral Home, 320 Blue Rock Road, Route 999, Millersville, PA, 717-872-2266 on Friday, May 29, 2009 at 10 AM with Pastor Stephen P. Verkouw officiating. Interment will be in the Millersville Mennonite Cemetery, Millersville, PA. Friends may view at Scheid's on Friday between 9 and 10 AM. Kindly omit flowers.
