Burial services for James Buxton were held at Summit Cemetery Tuesday afternoon. Mr. Buxton is well known in this community, and was reared on a farm west of town, later making his residence with his family in the Kent vicinity. He was a brother of Charles Buxton of Creston, formerly of Cromwell.

I do not have legal documentation, but a letter from Winona Buxton Dickinson (niece of James) states that Wayne was the son of James and Anna Buxton. The 1910 U. S. Federal Census shows that Anna had three children, and two were living. I believe the deceased child is Wayne.
