Patchogue — Mrs. Annie. A. Ruland, of Columbia street died at the Rhodes Sanitarium on North Ocean avenue Sunday morning, Feb. 29, after a lingering illness. Mrs. Ruland was a daughter of the late Sylvester Gordon of Brookhaven, and up to the time of her illness was a very active worker in all church affairs. Mrs. Ruland has been a patient at the Rhodes sanitarium for the past eighteen months. Funeral services were held from the Rhodes home on Tuesday, March 2, the Rev. Klopel officiating. Mrs. Ruland is survived by two sisters. Miss Dora Gordon, of Patchogue and Mrs. Frank Ruland, of Bridgeport, Conn.
