Ruth Settle Finnell, 91, of Hawcreek Avenue died at 11:40 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 18, 2004, at Hospice of South Central Indiana Inpatient Facility.
Mrs. Finnell retired from Columbus Regional Hospital and was a member of Bartholomew County Senior Center, Senior Bowling League and Sandy Hook United Methodist Church.
The funeral will be at 1 p.m. Thursday at Barkes, Inlow & Weaver Funeral Home on Washington Street with the Rev. Daryl Gressel officiating. Calling will be from noon until service time Thursday. Burial will be at Garland Brook Cemetery.
Memorials may be made to Hospice of South Central Indiana.
Born in Columbus Sept. 22, 1912, she married Marvin M. Finnell Nov. 7, 1989.
Survivors include her husband and a nephew, Bob Harden of Columbus.
She was preceded in death by her parents, four brothers and a sister.
