Anthony Frolik died at the age of 12, at the Fairview University Medical Center in Minneapolis, Minnesota. He was a lifelong resident of Rice Lake, Wisconsin, the son of Milissa (Tripp) Frolik and David Frolik. He enjoyed fishing, camping, ATV Riding, boating, swimming, playing video games, collecting beads, cards, baseballs, and other memorabilia. He is survived by: His parents, Milissa and David Frolik of Rice Lake, Wisconsin, and a sister, Elizabeth Frolik of Rice Lake, Wisconsin.
