Suggested edit: Nannie Estaline Lockhart Montgomery, the mother and grand mother of the parties above, was the seventh child of John Mont gomery and Elizabeth Nelson. She was married Oct. 4, 1850. to Lyttleton Waddell. He was a grandson of the Rev. James Waddell, whom the Hon. Wm. Wirt, in his sketch-book entitled "British Spy" immortalized under the name of "The Blind Preacher."
